Shoma, who comes from a different world, is saved by a boy named Hajime when he collapses from hunger. Shoma excitedly eats the snacks that Hajime gave him, but as soon as he does, Gochizo are born one after another. Meanwhile, freelance writer Hanto is gathering information on the appearance of "monsters" while doing research. Hajime hides Shoma in his secret base and hurries home when a mysterious man appears before him. The man transforms into the monster Granute and approaches Hajime. Shoma tries to save Hajime, but he is no match for the Granute. Gochizo suddenly appear in front of the suffering Shoma. Shoma sets and eats the Gochizo! He transforms into Kamen Rider Gavv and confronts the Granute!

Shoma, who has collapsed from hunger again, is helped by Sachika, who runs an anything and everything general store, and treats him to lunch and snacks. Hanto, while working on a case story, discovers information about Gavv on a social networking service. He starts interviewing witnesses. Shoma is asked by Sachika's friend Ritsu to assist her in her "anything goes" job. That night, Shoma is led out by a Gochizo, who suddenly appears, and runs into a man dressed in a jogging outfit. The man transforms into a Granute, and Shoma transforms into Gavv, and they clash!

By chance, Shoma meets a tough-looking man named Sujimoto and decides to help him with his work as he is asked. Then Sujimoto is attacked by a Granute. Shoma receives a call from the Gochizo and rushes to the scene, where he transforms into Gavv and challenges the Granute to a fight. The Kamen Rider appears! Hanto receives the news from Sachika and witnesses Gavv's battle...!?

Shoma mistakes the vegetables in the field for wildflowers and is caught by the owners of the field, Ryoji and his wife Mutsuko. After the misunderstanding is cleared up, Shoma is welcomed kindly by the couple. Hanto visits Granute researcher Suga and begins researching the Granutes. When Hanto is told about the true nature of Granutes, who kidnap humans to spice up sweets, he...!? An agent appears in front of Shoma, who is spending time with an elderly couple. Shoma escapes and confronts the agent, but then an unexpected person appears...!

Shoma collapsed from hunger and was saved by a mysterious monster. Is it a new Granute? Shoma wakes up and transforms into Gavv, but his movement was halted by an unexpected reaction: "The surgery was a success!" Who is this monster? After receiving a report from the Gochizo, Shoma once again confronts the Agents. He transforms into Gavv and clashes with the two Agents. Hanto, who was watching the scene, is rescued and desperately pleads with those who fear Gavv's appearance, "He's not a monster!" He desperately appeals to the people who are afraid of Gavv's appearance, but...

Shoma starts a new life at Sachika's "Happipare". Meanwhile, Suga has succeeded in developing an item that can transform a person into a Kamen Rider, and asks Hanto to try it out. A new Granute appears. Shoma transforms into Gavv and fights to his advantage, but the Granute counterattacks and escapes. Hanto stood in front of the Granute and transforms into Kamen Rider Valen with an item developed by Suga...!

Gavv confronts Valen, the new Kamen Rider who defeated the Granute. Unaware of each other's true identities, the two begin to probe each other. Later, Sachika and Shoma are asked to do housework at a relative's mansion, where they meet a young artist who lives there. Meanwhile, Hanto visits a gallery to investigate an unsolved disappearance...

When Shoma asks Sachika why she is covered in paint, Sachika simply says that she made a mistake. Sachika, who does everything so dexterously, only replies that it was her own mistake. Shoma senses that there is a deeper reason, and bites his lip because he is helpless to help Sachika. A new art dealer comes to Masako's mansion to see the studio of Suetsugu, an aspiring painter. Suetsugu also gets a scout! Hanto is suspicious that the art dealer might be a Granute. He has to be sure.... Then Shoma comes up with a plan...!

Shoma gets candy from children dressed in Halloween costumes. He is thrilled to taste the first candy that does not melt immediately, and new Gochizo are born one after another. Meanwhile, Hanto approaches Kirari and her friends, who gossip about monsters. He goes to Kirari's dance school to look for clues. Then he sees a suspicious man following Kirari's friend Rika...!

Hanto comes to "Hapipare" to ask for help in finding a missing cake store. Shoma hears about it and secretly sends the Gochizo to search for it. The Gochizo's report reveals that the owner of the suspicious cake store is at the kindergarten. Shoma and Hanto sneak into the kindergarten and find that the owner is actually a Granute! Hanto escapes Shoma, transforms into Valen, and angrily attacks the Granute. Gavv joins him, and the two join forces to confront the Granute...!

Hanto has become a "suspect" in a romance scam. Called by Shoma and Sachika, Hanto goes to the coffee shop where he is supposed to meet a woman in order to catch the real culprit. Shoma, in pursuit of the Granute, tries to transform into Gavv, but then Lango appears. Shoma is alarmed by their unexpected reunion, but what are Lango's intentions...!? Meanwhile, Hanto also discovers the Granute. He transforms into Valen and fights, but he has a hard time and is finally hit by a powerful blow...!?

Hanto, who was rescued by Gavv, presses Gavv to reveal his true identity, saying it's not fair. Gavv is perplexed, but he has no choice but to release his transformation...! Sachika discovers a man on social media who she believes may have deceived Emi. Shoma goes to meet the man with the information and runs into a Granute. "I'm going to beat you today!" Shoma says as he transforms together with Hanto!

Shoma is excited to see Sachika's prototype Buche de Noel before Christmas. He also challenges himself to bake a cake for Sachika. After finishing the cake, Shoma receives a call about the appearance of a Granute. Shoma rushes to the scene and transforms into Gavv, but is lured away by Shita and Jeebh. Shita and Jeebh, enraged, attack Gavv...!

Shoma manages to escape from the onslaught of Siita and Jiip, but is saved by Hanto and escapes the crisis, though covered in wounds. However, Siita and Jiip, still furious, launch a subversive campaign and succeed in summoning Shoma. "We'll settle this here!" Shoma transforms into Gavv and clashes again with Siita and Jiip, who are now in monster form!

Shoma is approached by Kani, the street musician Granute, begging that he wants to leave Stomach Inc. Shoma is gradually moved by Kani's remorse over the fact that he was wrong to attack people for the sake of the black market Dark Snacks... However, Hanto dismisses Shoma, saying, "There's no point in talking to him." He is adamant that he will eradicate all Granute. Kani, the "traitor," is attacked by the agents. Shoma transforms into Gavv to protect Kani...!

Encouraged by Sachika to "apologize if you feel bad," Shoma heads off to rescue Hanto. Meanwhile, the Man in the Hat is smoothly collecting Human Presses as Lage 9. He is recognized by Lango and others, and obtains some dark snacks... Shoma approaches Hanto, who has been taken prisoner and made to look like he has been defeated by Rojoe, but for some reason Hanto expresses his dissatisfaction, saying, "That's unnecessary..." Rojoe appears before them. Shoma and Hanto transform into Riders! Valen uses the Bushel Gochizo he received from Gavv once again to change into a new form!

Shoma, searching for a missing high school student, discovers that other "kind and gentle" people have been disappearing one after another. Are such people the only ones being targeted by the Granute? If so, Sachika is in danger! Shoma rushes to Sachika's side, but... Shoma and Hanto finally find the Granute and transform into Riders. Then a man in a hat appears. In front of Gavv and Valen, the man changes into Lage Nine and puts on a belt...!?

Shoma and Hanto are troubled by the appearance of Kamen Rider Vram. While discussing countermeasures, Shoma is pressed by Hanto, who says, "There's something you're not telling me..."! Shoma and Hanto confront Granute Chooul, but then Lage Nine appears. Shoma and Hanto transform into Gavv and Valen to save those who were turned into human presses! They challenge Vram and Chooul to a battle. However, Chooul escapes with the human press in his hands. Valen has Gavv track down Chooul and challenges Vram by himself!

Shoma escapes the attack of Kamen Rider Vram and succeeds in rescuing Hanto, who has been knocked down, and begins a search for Takeshi, who has been turned into a Human Press and has not returned. Shoma finds Lage Nine and transforms into Gavv to take back the Human Press. Lage Nine also transforms into Vram and uses his overwhelming power to drive Gavv back. But in the midst of the battle, Gavv wonders if Vram's goal is actually not Dark Snacks but Stomach Inc....!?

Shoma is reunited with Lage Nine, who harbors a grudge against the Stomach family for taking his brother's life. Shoma again tries to persuade Lage Nine to fight with him, and Lage Nine relents and sneaks into the Stomach factory to retrieve the Human Press. Shoma and Lage Nine succeed in recovering Takeshi's Human Press, but an angry Glotta appears. Shoma and Lage Nine transform into Riders and confront Glotta in her Granute form! Gavv and Vram struggle against Glotta's terrifying power. Hanto rushes in and is stunned by the unexpected development before him. "Why is Shoma helping Vram?"

When Hanto learns that Shoma is a member of the Stomach family, he is furious. However, he recalls Shoma's past actions and decides to listen to what Shoma has to say. Shoma attacks a coffee shop. As expected, Shoma is still...! Hanto tells Sachika about the incident and warns her that Shoma is a Granute. Hanto finally discovers Shoma attacking a candy store! Shoma transforms in front of Hanto, who is furious...!?

Shoma, who is attacking people, is a "Granute to be defeated" and Hanto challenges him to a fight, but he is somewhat unable to come to terms with the situation. Likewise, Sachika, who was told the truth about Shoma by Hanto, is trying to come up with her own answer. Meanwhile, Shoma learns that a man who looks like him in black is causing a commotion, and he secretly begins to investigate. But then Hanto appears! Hanto is again in battle mode, but with anger on his face.... The Shoma in black attacks a supermarket warehouse. In front of Shoma and Hanto, who rush to the warehouse, the other Shoma declares "I am Bitter Gavv" and transforms! Shoma and Hanto also transform into Riders and clash with Bitter Gavv!

Shoma joins forces with the reconciled Hanto to defeat Bitter Gavv. Shoma tells Hanto about the terrible memories that came back to him right after the battle... Hanto reports to Suga that he has defeated Bitter Gavv, and receives a new Gochizo from Suga. Will it boost Valen's power or...? Dark Shoma appears before Shoma and Rakia. Why in the world did he appear when he was already defeated? Shoma and Rakia transform into Riders and confront Bitter Gavv, who says, "You can't beat me, you can't catch me!"

Hanto begins to search for a Granute based on information from Kataro, but the Granute captures him. While Hanto is looking for an opportunity to turn the tables, a Gochizo from Suga starts to move... Bitter Gavv has started rampaging through the city again. Shoma transforms into Gavv to fight, but is overwhelmed by Bitter Gavv and untransforms. Sachika, unable to bear the sight of Shoma, offers him ice cream in an attempt to restore his strength. Shoma ejects a Gochizo from the ice cream and transforms into a new Gavv!

Rakia starts working part-time at Hapipare on the recommendation of Shoma and Sachika. He is assigned to accompany a young boy who is going to meet a popular virtual streamer for the first time by introducing him to sweets. Meanwhile, Hanto is satisfied with the new power given to him by Chocold, a Gochizo developed by Suga, but he suddenly begins to suffer from physical changes. Suspicion surfaced that the virtual streamer's true identity was a Granute. However, the boy shrugged off Rakia's advice and went to the streamer. Having no choice but to follow him, Rakia discovers the Granute, who tries to attack the boy. He lets the boy escape and challenges the Granute to a fight, but...!?

Koji, who wants to take back Kabutodanshi, asks Rakia to accompany him again, but he refuses, saying that humans are no match for him. Koji gets angry and runs off on his own. Hanto consults with Suga about his physical condition after using the Chocold Gochizo. Hanto, who cannot take Gochizo from Shoma, with whom he had a falling out, dares to continue using Chocold. Rakia, who sees Koji as his late brother, understands his feelings, thanks to the persuasion of Sachika and others. He promises Koji that he will bring back Kabutodanshi. Then, Kabutodanshi announces that a fan meeting will be held! Rakia goes to the venue, but...!?

Shoma and Sachika find Hanto lying on the ground. Shoma leaves Hanto in the care of Dente and goes alone to Suga's laboratory to ask him what he has done to Hanto. However, Suga takes the opportunity to restrain Shoma and holds him hostage. He takes Shoma hostage and calls Hanto, saying, "I want to show you something." Shoma and Rakia participate in a basketball game as helpers. They successfully fulfill their role, but after the game, it is discovered that one of the players has disappeared. When Shoma and the others search the area around the venue, they find a suspicious man...! Jiip shows up at the Stomach's house accompanied by his wife, Liselle, who is dressed in a glamorous outfit. Lango and his siblings are stunned by Jiip's claim that he married her. Who is this Liselle who greets them with a reverent "Nice to meet you"!?

Jiip appears before Gavv and Vram and introduces them to Liselle, the president's daughter and Jiip's marriage partner. They declare war on Shoma and Rakia and leave with wry smiles on their faces. Shoma and the others, joined by Hanto, begin a search for the old Granute spectator, who has escaped. When they find him by chance, they transform into Riders and challenge him to another battle, saying, "This time, I won't let you escape!"

By chance, Hanto and Rakia decide to search for a missing person together. They find a Granute, but their wrists are bound together with a special mucus. The Granute escapes and Rakia complains, but Hanto fights back. The two end up cursing at each other. Meanwhile, Shoma encounters a strange Granute that attacks humans. He transforms into Gavv and fights it, but is gradually cornered. Then Liselle appears...!

Rakia is convinced that Granute Ripper is the one who killed his brother Comel, based on the cut marks. Rakia, confronted with this unexpected revelation, loses his composure, ignoring Hanto's warnings... Shoma is invited by Lizel. Unable to understand Lizel's purpose, he reluctantly agrees to spend time with her... Then, Shoma's older brother, Nyelv, arrives at Dente's cave. An injured Hanto shows up at Hapipare. He was attacked by a man with a black Gavv on his stomach, but who could make such a modification...? Shoma deduces that it was Nyelv. The man with the black Gavv now attacks Rakia and transforms into Bitter Gavv Breacookie Form. Shoma rushes to the aid of the struggling Vram, but then Nyelv appears as well. Nyelv reveals that Bitter Gavv is actually Magen, a tycoon in the business world. What is their objective?

In order to transform into Over Gavv again, the Gochipod must be filled with 100 Gochizo. Shoma leaves Magen, who reappears, in the hands of Hanto and Rakia, and concentrates on eating sweets. Meanwhile, Glotta clashes with Lizel at Stomach Inc. A confrontation ensues, but Jiip pleads with Glotta, "I need Lizel!" Shoma is trying his best to eat sweets, but he is unable to produce any Gochizo. Shoma is impatient, but Sachika...!?

A series of mass disappearances have occurred again. Shoma, who had been busy with Ritsu's request, is suddenly joined by Hanto and Rakia. Rakia, who was involved in the previous mass disappearance, suspects Lango's presence in this case as well. After receiving a report from the Gochizo, Shoma discovers Agents attacking people on a plane. He transforms into Gavv, but then Lango appears and delivers a powerful blow to him, knocking him out of his transformation. Hanto and Rakia, who rush to the scene, also transform into Riders and boldly confront Lango, but...!

Lango's next target turns out to be a live concert that Ritsu is looking forward to. Shoma asks Hanto and Rakia to protect the audience and declares that he will fight Lango alone. Shoma confronts Lango at the concert venue, and confronts him with a strong determination: "I will protect this world that has welcomed me so warmly, unlike the Stomach family!" Great-uncle Dente is alive in the human world! Glotta learns this surprising fact from Nylev's research data, and rushes to Dente, who is longing for the sweets...!? Hanto is searching for any immediate family of Shoma's mother, Michiru Inoue, and arrives at a certain candy shop. He has heard of this store before, but.... The owner of the store appears before Hanto, who feels a sense of unease...!? Some people are repeatedly acting strangely in the town. Shoma and the others begin a search based on information that a suspicious man in black has been seen near these people. They finally discover the man. Chased by Shoma and Rakia, the man's true identity is revealed by Hanto...!

Shoma and Rakia manage to subdue and restrain the rampaging Hanto. Relieved for the moment, they set out to deal with Nyelv and his puppet, Suga. Nyelv and Suga have begun a new course of action. In an attempt to stop their terrible plan, Shoma and the others transform with anger and head toward Bitter Gavv and Nyelv, who is now in Granute form. However, Hanto appears in front of Gavv and Vram...!?

President Bocca has assumed human form and comes to visit the human world with Lizel. Rakia notices Bocca's destructive activities and confronts him with his bare hands, but is knocked down by Bocca's Butlers guarding him. Shoma and Hanto, upon receiving the report, transform into Gavv and Valen in front of Bocca. They challenge Bocca to a fight, but Bocca is ready to see what they can do...!?

Shoma is reunited with Hajime, a boy who helped him when he first arrived in the human world. Shoma, who was "suspicious" when he first met Hajime, explains to him about his past days fighting as Kamen Rider Gavv and about the Gochizo. Meanwhile, Hanto encounters Nyelv, who appears in the human world. He transforms into Valen and attacks Nyelv...!

Shoma returns to Hapipare after finishing work, when Nyelv suddenly appears. Nyelv, who is calm and collected even in front of Shoma, makes a surprising proposal. What is it? Shoma is alone in his thoughts as he is forced to make a choice by Nyelv. In front of his eyes, Lizel again causes a commotion. Shoma is forced to make a big decision with the anger that wells up inside him...!?

Shoma accepts Nyelv's proposal and infiltrates the Granute world. In order to defeat President Bocca, he follows a plan laid out by Nyelv and heads for the president's office alone... Meanwhile, in the human world, Hanto, Rakia, and Sachika are scrambling to bring Shoma back...!

President Bocca has launched the "Human World Ranching Project." Shoma and the others see people moving in mysterious ways in the city, and they detect this terrible plan. Shoma discovers the site where Lizel and others are proceeding with the Human Press conversion. Shoma tries to stop them, but then Nyelv, covered in scars, appears. Nyelv becomes a Granute and attacks Shoma!

Shoma and the others start to take action to save people and defeat President Bocca. Shoma is reunited with Lango... The only way to protect the people is to defeat Bocca. Shoma, Hanto, and Rakia confront Bocca and transform into Riders, saying "This time we will defeat you!" They challenge Bocca to a fight, but...!?

Lango, who betrayed Shoma and the others, has once again launched a plan to ranch the human world. Shoma, Hanto, and Rakia begin to take action to stop the plan. While Shoma tries to save the people who have been manipulated, Hanto and the others head back to the Granute world to retrieve the Human Presses...!

"There's happiness I want to obtain, too." Shoma transforms into Gavv in front of Lango! He challenges Lango, who is trying to eliminate Shoma for the sake of the Stomach family, to one last fight! Gavv manages to fend off Lango's attacks, but a powerful blow breaks the transformation. Shoma confronts him with his bare hands, but is overwhelmed and finally cornered...!?
