Season 3

Kitchen Nightmares returns as Chef Gordon Ramsay takes on struggling restaurants across the Midwest, where small-town businesses face big problems. Gordon's first stop is Freddy's Steak House, where an owner buried in debt after twenty years is caught between a manager and head chef locked in a bitter power struggle. To save the restaurant, Gordon must get them to stop pointing fingers and start working together.

Gordon heads next to The Four-Star Diner, a classic American eatery serving plenty of customers and far too many frozen ingredients. With an owner whose vulgar behavior is driving away both staff and diners, Gordon must rebuild trust before the restaurant's future slips away.

Gordon uncovers the root of the problems at Love on the Blu and confronts the owner.

Slow service, an inexperienced staff and half-baked leadership have Borelli's Pizzeria crumbling.
