They find bigger is not always better as the Property Brothers help them discover the need for a fixer-upper home.

Location is key as the couple is looking for a home that will not only make for an easy work commute, but also be near a park for the dog and kids to play. They also want an open living space so they can be both more productive and spend more time together. With their list of demands, the Property Brothers help them to see the possibilities a fixer-upper home can offer.
