One day the mayor learns that the prime minister will come to the city. They, now, have a chance to solve their problems. However, they think that they should have a band to greet the prime minister.
Selamsiz's Band is a 1987 Turkish comedy film about a small Anatolian town that seizes an unexpected opportunity when the prime minister plans to visit. Facing chronic neglect from the government, the townspeople decide their best chance to get attention is to form a band to greet the dignitary.
