Barbara Gordon and her friend Pamela Isley lead protests against corporations for environmental damage they caused, much to Barbara's father's displeasure. But secretly, Pam is also the brains behind a string of attacks against these corporations with a powerful new super-villain named Temblor.

After a chemical accident transforms her into a half-human half-plant being, Pam Isley takes the name Poison Ivy and sets out to destroy Gotham's environmental polluters. Barbara Gordon becomes Batgirl in order to save her father, the commissioner.

After a physical trauma causes him to forget he's The Batman, Bruce Wayne finds himself kidnapped by the Penguin. Batgirl sets out to rescue the "helpless" amnesiac billionaire, but is captured herself.

After his most recent crime spree, Arnold Wesker is taken to Arkham and apparently "cured" by Dr. Hugo Strange. A new career as a children's entertainer lies before Wesker, but can he escape the shadow of Scarface?

Gearhead, a part-cyborg adrenaline junkie, rides into Gotham in a souped-up racer. With the ability to take control of cars using nano-technology, Gearhead is out to commit a series of crimes for thrills. Batman soon finds himself forced to upgrade the Batmobile to keep up with the cybernetic bad guy.

After getting his hands on Bane's steroid apparatus, Joker uses it to bulk up to monstrous proportions. As Joker toys with the city with his superhuman strength, The Batman and Batgirl must find a way to defeat this unstoppable force.

When a pair of leopards is stolen by Joker, The Batman and Batgirl form an uneasy alliance with Catwoman, who is determined to save the rare animals from being hunted.

Batman investigates why high ranking Gotham politicians have abandoned plans for a new hospital in favor of preserving the city's green areas. It soon becomes clear they are under the influence of Poison Ivy.

When Wayne Industries shuts down Cosmo Krank, a toymaker with a spotty safety record, the demented villain takes revenge by trying to shut down Bruce Wayne – permanently – with his diabolical toys.

Jealous that Batman has a new sidekick, the Joker decides to recruit a youthful prankster to become his apprentice and partner in crime.

Maximillian Zeus, a millionaire who is also a Greek history fanatic, takes control of Gotham from the sky after losing to Mayor Grange in an election.

The Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and Alfred's old school chum search for a rare umbrella that is the key to a valuable treasure in Gotham Harbor.

Hugo Strange creates a AI database called D.A.V.E. (Digitally Advanced Villain Emulator), encoded with the minds of Gotham's greatest criminals, in order to better predict their crimes. However, DAVE breaks free and proclaims himself to be "Gotham's ultimate criminal mastermind".
