In a world where superheroes have been real for decades, an accountant with zero powers comes to realize his city is owned by a super villain. As he struggles to uncover this conspiracy, he falls in league with a strange blue superhero.
The Tick is a comedy-action series that premiered on Amazon Prime Video in August 2016, following an ordinary accountant who discovers his city is secretly controlled by a super villain. Starring Peter Serafinowicz as the titular blue superhero, the show ran for two seasons before being canceled in 2018.
