Thinner is a 1996 horror-fantasy film based on Stephen King's novel, following an obese lawyer who becomes the victim of a Romani curse that causes him to waste away. As his body deteriorates at an alarming rate, he turns to his connections in organized crime to track down the man who cursed him and force him to break the spell. The film blends supernatural horror with a dark exploration of obsession, desperation, and the consequences of cruelty.
