Season 3

As SAMU doctors, Evandro and Carolina turn to São Tomé Hospital during an emergency amidst the truck drivers' strike. The care provided there completely changes the couple's plans.

Infectious disease specialist Vera joins the team on a tense day. Evandro needs to treat a patient shot by the militia, while Carolina attends to a young woman and Charles encounters a medical error.

Evandro and Carolina come to the aid of a stabbed woman and her attacker. At São Tomé, Charles receives a visit from his ex-girlfriend, who falls ill.

Charles and Evandro race against time to treat a skydiver with a brain aneurysm who fainted during a jump, and a child with kidney failure who needs a transplant. Meanwhile, Décio gets involved with a patient.

Faced with trauma, a girl who saw her mother injured in an explosion falls silent, making Carolina's job difficult. Meanwhile, Evandro treats a young man who was beaten up at school. Contact with meningitis patients creates a dramatic situation in Carolina's life.

The hospital receives victims of a landslide. Among the patients, a fortune teller reveals what fate holds in store for Carolina. Intrigued, she seeks answers about the future.

On her last day, Carolina performs surgery with Evandro. On the way to the hotel, he uses drugs and his life is put at risk. Carolina fights to save him.
