Morihito Otogi is a teenager with ogre strength. His childhood friend, Nico, is coming home after completing her witch training! Following an old pact, they begin living together. Can Morihito protect the clumsy Nico from a dire prophecy?

On the first day of school, Morihito urges Nico to hide the fact that she's a witch, but she tries using magic to secretly help him out in class.

Nico's mother sends Morihito a letter containing a worrying prophecy. Unable to decipher the meaning, Morihito spends the rest of the day on his toes.
